lich king pets from raids

can anyone confirm if pets only drop in 10 man versions or if am just having bad luck
as i killed one icc boss on 10 man by accident and got the pet and every other raid in 25 man with no pets

I've been running ICC25 HC exclusively and have all but three pets from there. I don't think the drop chance is different in other difficulties.

It is not confirmed, but I believe that [pet]Drudge Ghoul[/pet] drops from the Lich King on Normal, and [pet]Wicked Soul[/pet] drops from the Lich King on Heroic.
I have two Wicked Souls from my runs on 25HC and one Drudge Ghoul from two 25 Normal kills.
I also have all of the other pets from ICC, all of them from 25HC.
