I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended nerf.

I have a level 3 menagerie in my garrison. Most of WoD I had a pet Revive cooldown in Draenor of 4 minutes because of the bonus to have the level 2 (I think) menagerie. However, as of the pre-patch, my Revive cooldown is now 8 minutes.

Was this a stealth nerf? Or is it a bug?

IIRC their plan was to remove most (if not all) of the garrison perks, and the reduced cooldown of Revive (while in Draenor) fell under the Menagerie/garrison perk category. I didn't think this change would be included in the pre-expansion patch though.

Unlike other garrison perks, the 4 minute Revive hasn't been 'baked' in in any way that I know of.
