This is a question for anyone in alpha. What content is in alpha for pet battles? Is there anything exciting? Did they release more horizontal content?

I might need to rephrase the question and I might being a little unclear. I understand there will be a lot of collecting content.

What battle content is there? Any new tournys? Interesting quest? Any interesting dailies?

When I click the thread you linked me all I see is collector content.

Pet Battles is not ready for official testing on Alpha, so we've only had teasers of what's to come.

There are lots of new [url=http://legion.wowhead.com/petspecies?filter=cr=4:9;crs=7:1;crv=0:0#petspecies]pet NPCs[/url] in the database and [url=http://legion.wowhead.com/quests=7.-394?filter=na=pet+battle;ex=on;cr=35;crs=7;crv=0#0+2+1]some quests[/url] (daily, account-daily, world/bonus objective, etc.).

There will also be [url=http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/20742234402]pet tuning[/url] to a few abilities and pets.

Obviously all of this is still a work in progress and largely incomplete. We'll just have to wait for more information when it's ready.
