If you use the ability [url=http://www.wowhead.com/petability=490]Reflection[/url] against [url=http://www.wowhead.com/petability=297]Pump[/url], your pet receives this [url=http://www.wowhead.com/petability=296]buff[/url].

Does the 10% dmg increase apply to JUST the pump ability or to all attacks (it doesn't specify).

I haven't been able to test this with a guildmate yet, but if someone knows or already has, some details would be appreciated.

I know when you use the ability pump on a pet that actually has it, it increases the damage of all moves not just pump so I would assume it would work the same for reflection.

No reflection has been hotfixed-nerfed, it does not gain you any "buff", so no 10% dmg bonus no matter when you use it. Reflection will be wasted if you used it before the actual hit arrives, it only reflects the hits when you click reflect before it lands.

When you use Reflection as Pump lands, it gives your pet the buff. This should still work unless it was fixed very recently (like between yesterday night and tonight)?

I know I've Reflected other abilities that have provided me certain buffs. I can't imaging Pump would be any different. I would guess for multiround abilities though you'd have to time reflect to reflect the portion of the attack that provides the buff.

That is true, happened to me this week-end as well.
Not sure if the buff is actually applied, and if it is, to what abilities it is applied to, but I did get the buff while reflecting Round 2 of Pump.

I wonder if reflecting again round 2 of Pump would make your pet do the attack? Did not test that out.

But I find it weird that for abilities like Burry and Lift-Off, which are pretty similar, it does not work the same way.
Reflecting the 2nd round of these abilities will make you reflect the actual hit, for good damage too.

Same thing with Chew. Fighting Yon to level some pets, I've often use Reflection on the 2nd round of Chew, as the goat is also starting his Swarm move.
The Reflect makes you dodge both the Swarm and Chew, but you reflect the Chew only.

I'm going to try and test out Reflection+Pump soon with a guildmate.

Any suggestions on how I should handle this "experiment"? Ofc I'm going to see what a "normal" hit looks like without the buff, and then what it looks like with the buff. But is there anything else I should be trying out/looking for?
