Pet battle acheives Account wide?

Ok so I thought that Pet Battle achieves are account wide?
That being said I checked several toons and they all have a different amount of pet PvP battles won.
Ex: 1 has 22 another 8 and another 6. Those are all I've checked so far.
Should I do pet pvp on only the highest number of wins toon?

Mine are all the same ingame. I know if you are having BNET connection issues that the game still runs fine, but account wide stuff doesn't always. Maybe you are seeing that. I have many toons that I have never used for pet pvp that show the same number of battles as the ones that do.

Where exactly are you looking at these numbers?
If I look at my Achievements, at Pet Battles/Battle/Deadly Pet Brawler, I see the same total wins on all characters.
If I look at the armoury of my characters, on the Statistics page, under Pet Battles, I see on each character the number of pet battles that character has done.
Battle count is kept by character in statistics, but wins are added up for the purposes of the achievement.
