Hello:

It's a controversia in Wowhead in this battle.

Some say that is impossible from 6.1.2 patch. Others suggest a team. But I don't know who have the reason.

Any help it is grateful.

I see nothing on wowhead about this being broken, so I'm not sure where you're getting the info from?

This is honestly one of the easier of the An Awfully Big Adventure trainers. Use a team of: Elekk Plush, a rabbit type that is slight faster than the Pandaren Earth Spirit and Darnak (I use a H/B Rabbit, so 305 speed), and a Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling.

Start off with Elekk Plush, take the first 2 hits. Swap to Rabbit. Burrow, Dodge, then Flurry. Repeat as needed until Earth Spirit is dead.

Swap to MPD. Use Bombing Run, then Decoy, then Breath until Sludgy is dead. On occasion Sludgy might kill the MPD but you can use the Rabbit to finish it.

Swap back to Rabbit - at this point as long as you don't mess up the rotation, the Rabbit will take 0 damage. Start with Flurry. When Darnak casts Burrow, use Dodge. More Flurry. When Darnak's Stoneskin buff has 1 round left, use Burrow. You can repeat this forever and never get hit!

Just tried it and took 2 tries, with the normal tactic I used to do when boosting pets. (The 1st time darnak had 9 hp left)
1. Any snail, the stronger the better, I used a B/B Shimmershell snail (1/1/1)
2. DM zepplin (1/2/2)
Open with snail
1. Acidic Goo
2. Dive
3. Ooze Touch until PES is dead
4. Acidic Goo
5. Ooze Touch until snail is dead
6. Missle until Sludgy is dead
7. Missle
8. Decoy
9. Missle until Darnak has 818 hp.
10. Explode (explode will dill 618, darnak rush will deal to himself 200 more)

I used a lvl 1 pet and it worked, ellek can even get a few more hits and darnak will kill itself in the end with an elemntal rush. Cant realy see a problem here.

A lot of thanks for answers.

Finally, I change the DM Zeppelin by Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling in 2nd Group proposed.

In the 1st try, the third pet remains with 100hp. In the 2nd, die. I use:

1. Acidic Goo
2. Dive
3. Ooze Touch until PES is dead
4. Acidic Goo
5. Ooze Touch until snail is dead
6. Breath until Sludgy is dead
7. Bombing Run
8. Decoy
9. Breath until Decoy is out of CD
10.Decoy
11. Breath
12. Bombing Run
13. Breath until Darnak die.

This is the same method I have used for leveling pets here. It works, and it works for the big adventure as well. Stick to the script!

You're way off script with your DM Zepp attacks. You MUST use Missile and Explode. Stick to the script, it works!

That's their MPD script, not Zepp.

But I agree. The Zepp strat works. It's the one I have used for years now.

I don't know if I undesrtand good, but I don't use Zep.

In my post I say that I change Zep (because I don't have Zep at 25) by MPD.

I always try to use very unique and often left out pets for my dailies. the Thundering Pandaren Spirit is no different.

slot 1 = Carry ( can be level 1)
slot 2 = Darkmoon Rabbit (S/S) (2/2/1)
slot 3 = Anodized Robo Cub (H/H) (2/1/1)

let the carry pet take the crystal prison, then swap the "Rabbit of Caerbannog". use Dodge, Burrow, and Huge, Sharp Teeth! on CD. you should finnish the Thundering Pandaren Spirit with a Burrow Resolve, use Dodge and bite the slimy booger twice. switch to the Heavy hitting Bear and lay into it with a MAUL, then start Repairing. after the repair hit it with another maul. now for the fun part! if RNG is on your side you can be done this very fast. SPAM Demolish!!! if your cub dies before the dirty little rat. then switch back to the Rabbit to finnish him off. as was said earlier you take 0 damage if played correctly.

For years I've been using a rabbit and a blue clockwork bot or a tonk. Nothing's changed recently.

Start with the rabbit and there's no reason for the carry pet to take the prism. It does nothing to the rabbit. Make sure not to use dodge or burrow on round 7 because he will always recast crystal prism. It's a waste of dps. The rabbit usually ends up getting the ooze to at least half health this way. Occasionally killing it with good rng. If it doesn't it's no bid deal as then you get to use minefield. I bring the carry pet in when the rabbit's dead then the mechanical finishes things off.
