Back damage teams

I am LOVING using a Graves team. It has ended up being more flexible than I expected, but it's stupid easy enough that even I can do it (yay...). I assume it will get nerfed at some point, but I have noticed that back damage teams in general are pretty burly, so I am thinking I'll keep one in my queue. Anyway, my major question is: how do you counter them? So far back damage teams are what do the most damage to me. Thoughts?
