Question re undead racial

So, in PvP, is it considered a draw if/when an undead is on their "dead" round and the other team dies? How about if they die the same round you die (as in, they do their semi-rez, but it's not their rez round yet)?

If they die (and their undead racial triggers) on the same round you die as a non-undead pet, you lose the match.

If they die (after their undead round) on the same round you die as a non-undead pet, the match is a tie.
