Pet Healing Cooldown Still 8 minutes?

I swear my cooldown was four minutes this morning. I have a lvl 2 menagerie. Just went and fought the Cata trainers, and my cooldown was 8 minutes on all but the first time I used it.
Any ideas?

4 minutes while in Draenor. 8 minutes elsewhere.

Ah, thank you. It must have been while I was trying the menagerie daily that I saw four.
