Is there anyway to get this - there doesn't seem to be.

If that is the case - other than rolling a death knight - is there an easy way to roll a horde char and complete these? scooting around danger zones? Is there already a guide for this? Thanks

btw - I have never played horde in all my time in wow

Most of those trainers are horde only, just like most of the EK ones are alliance only. So yeah, you have to make a horde toon.
