Mr. Bigglesworth + Pandaren Water Spirit + Chrominius
1) Ice Barrier (blocks Death Bleat + Rot from landing)
2) Switch to PWS
3) Geyser
4) Whirlpool
5) Switch to Chrominius
6) Howl
7) Surge of Power

Wait out the round where Eleanor is unkillable (and Chrominius is recovering anyway).

Does the normal Pandaren Water Spirit + Chrominius not work for others on this fight? I was concerned having read about it but the standard Geyser > Whirlpool > Howl > Surge of Power was enough to finish it off for me in 1 try?

Just curious

All this hullaballoo for this goat when 2-3 S/S bunnies handle her easily (depending on if Flurry hits 2 or 3 times)

Here's what I'm using.

Start with [pet]Thundertail Flapper[/pet]
1. [3]- Beaver Dam
Switch to [pet]Panaren Water Spirit[/pet]
2. [3]- Geyser
3. [2]- Whirlpool
Switch to [pet]Chrominis[/pet]
4. [2]- Howl
5. [3]- Surge of Power

8 rounds and out

I don't have Mr Bigglesworth

Thanks to [profile]Robotusch[/profile] for the idea to block.

After yesterday's amazing 3-some which I"m sure we all power-leveled pets on that daily, today we got Eleanor. And Eleanor makes me cry because I really think I need to work on getting my Pandarian Water Spirit leveled (just got one dropped 3 days ago).

My finally strategy after trying just about everything under the sun was this.

I had the first two set and would get Eleanor down to about 500 and just needed someone to go in and do the final blow and just couldn't get it done.

The opening was the Unborn Valkry with the CUS movement (Curse of Doom, Unholy Ascension and Shadow Shock)

I decided I'd go after that heal which was annoying the bejesus out of me so I brought in my Gilean Raven next to do Call of Darkness-Nocturnal Strike. That cut Eleanor's healing down to about 80hp a turn and by then the curse kicked in and I was able to do a few pecks with the Raven and get Eleanor to about 500.

You'd think the rest would be easy.

I tried a Emerald Whelping, Iron Starlette (forgot they are weak against undead), Yeti, Luyu Moth and Nexus Whelping (Both P/S and P/P). I even tried a Scourged Whelpling thinking she could rez up once but no luck. I decided to bring in my tried and true Rapana Whelk knowing that the Acidic Goo was actually strong against the Undead and wouldn't you know it.

Everything worked out perfectly - the Raven got really lucky with a big critical hit. The goat got unluck and missed twice. never needed the Whelk.

At this point I'm done with Eleanor. Time to powerlevel that Water Spirit of mine for next time!

Why so hard about may be easiest daily? Darkmoon zeep missle, explode, decoy+hare flurry, dodge, burrow. With good timing 2 pets can do it. If you don't believe in yourself just use another hare with flurry, dodge, burrow. Realy hard to lose this fight.

Amazingly, the first Elfuego strat that I cannot get to work.. my croaker gets owned cause he doesn't have enough oomph to get the last bit of damage at the end.

the bunny nuke works well for me but I just cannot get the Croaker/Pup/Spider web nuke to work.

Did you at least get the PWS levelled up for this round of Super Goat? ;)

I am confused, what is the problem here for folks? I use standard howl-bomb and have no problems with the goat. I have 4 100s so I do the daily a minimum of 4 times each day and don't recall the last time I failed vs the goat.

Thanks for all the strat posts! I was able to do a trio of swamp croaker (tongue lash, swarm of flies, bubble), fetish shaman (flame breath, wild magic, rot) and stitched pup(flurry, howl, consume corpse)

since I didn't have some of the other pets suggested at lvl 25 and/or weren't stoned I had to improvise

note: sen'jin fetish can be subbed for fetish shaman

I used 1)Dranei Micro defender - Reflective shield then ion cannon. About 1k damage
2)S/S Alpine foxling - Howl, then flurry x 2

Eleanor is dead/revived at this point

I finished with Lil Bling - make it rain, but most anything would probably work

works every time

I appreciate the feedback Gorlab and I'm sorry if your confused. Some people don't have the necessary pets for the Howl Bomb combination, or would like to experiment with alternate methods. There's a lot of educational value in trying different teams. Seeing what works and what doesn't. Some things you even find accidentaly! Grats on your 4 100's!

Great info and guides in this thread! I used a Spring Rabbit, Tolai Hare and a Prairie Mouse to beat Eleanor. All the pets are S/S breeds.

Start with the Swamp Croaker's Bubble, She will charge her ability. Next is Swarm of flies. The bubble will negate the charged attack. Swap to Stitched pup.

Aww... I love Eleanor day.

Unborn Val'kyr - Curse of Doom, then Haunt on Rounds 1 and 2, then switch to a rabbit in Round 3 (I want to say I use the Spring one, but I don't know if it matters, they're all fast). Round 4 Dodge, Round 5 Stampede (a 3 round ability - during which Curse of Doom is going off). In Round 7 when Haunt goes off Eleanor is down around 100HP and a Flurry does her in. Though she rezzes (undead) the rabbit is still at or above half health, and again the rabbit goes first, so another Flurry and she's done. I usually finish with the rabbit at around 400HP, Val at full health, and a third pet that I've never used (in fact I can't even remember what it is).

I just used a few frogs (2 PP Yellow-Bellied Bullfrogs and 1 HP Biletoad as backup) with Tongue Lash/Healing Wave/Swarm of Flies.

I found this one super easy. All I needed was a mudjumper with skills, tongue lash, mudslide and bubble.

First mudslide than bubble to prevent Elenor's big attack than tongue lash and mudslide on cooldown. Never died so never needed more pets but I suppose you can just have a back up in case anything you want.
