Golden Dawnfeather breed suggestion

Hey guys,

I had the idea to create a sunlight team for pvp purposes, containing:

Blossoming Ancient
Zao
Golden Dawnfeather

I think this comp is actually pretty solid, because Dawnfeather covers the Ancients weakness against aquatics and the Ancient covers Zaos weakness against mechanicals, plus it has two sunlight setters for the case of a "weather war" :P

So my question is now: Which is the best breed for the Dawnfeather?
It comes in P/P, S/S, H/S, P/B and B/B, but only the H/S and P/P seem useful to me, but I can't decide which one is the best :?

H/S Pros:
Highest health of all the breeds, so its 25% heal is the strongest.

H/S Cons:
Speed is kinda useless, due to the fact that its heal is a priority move. Not to forget about the flying racial.

P/P Pros:
Packs a punch :D A P/P bird firing quills at the opponent is nothing to make fun of, even more when it comes with a healing move to keep the speed buff up for a long time.

P/P Cons:
Quite low health and therefor a weaker heal.

What is your opinion on the breeds of this shiny bird? I am really curious about it!

Thx in advance

I haven't tried this yet.
I agree with you breed selections though, although I would not dismiss S/S! I would try H/S first (I am really torn between S/S and H/S), but this is a wild guess. I def would choose P/P with Crawdad instead of Zao.

I disagree with this. P/P Golden Dawnfeather is not a bird for Quills. You WANT peck.
The Flying racial is very unreliable when you pair it with Sunlight, even with a 25% heal. You can't have 100% Flying up-time, and Quills damage is quite low when you are slower.

Besides. A lot of aquatics have a Shield. Multi-attack flying moves have too many weaknesses, especially on a pet that is supposed to counter Aquatic pets. The direct damage from peck is too awesome to pass, especially on a pet with 260 speed.
My main reason for taking P/P over H/S (or S/S) would be to get through shields quicker. Zao can do this though!
