I flew around to all four of the spirit tamers and they do not have out their pets(although I do not know if they actually are suppose to or not) and they will not battle me. I have the quest. All they keep telling me is that they are here for research in a shifty manner and that's the only thing they will say... :I
edit nevermind apparently I had to get the quest twice I think...? Leaving that up encase anyone else has that problem.. :I
