Are the quests account wide or are they repeatable for multiple toons? I'm assuming account wide per things ive been seeing on the forums but I wasnt quite sure.

AKA can I get all the pets for the event with multiple toons or do I have to wait YEARS to get them all? =/

You can do them on different characters just fine. However the achievement related to it must be completed on one character, passing the pets on will not work.
