can anyone list me which foods etc increases pet sizes? their resources and do they stack?

I believe it's only Magical Pet Biscuit and Papa Hummel's Old-Fashioned Pet Biscuit that will do it. The former can be gotten from various pet battle reward bags (i.e.daily tamers, pvp weekly, darkmoon), orphan week quests, and the vendor-on-a-snail in Timeless Isle. The latter is a TCG item.

Pet biscuits stack to 250.

Pet Biscuits double the size. You get them from the pet battle dailies (that give bags.) You get so many that it's not worth buying the kind with RL moneys.

No, they have the same effect and will not quadruple your pet's size.
