I find one my pet hit it for 250 and it dies ? any help

Did she use Haunt? Wait it out; she'll eventually resurrect.

Yea she probably used Haunt. Either that or you somehow found the only level 19 pet in the game with less than 200 hit points. One of these is more likely than the other.
