I am on a fairly high pop server and these book spawns are hard to come by. Can anyone suck me into their realm so I can check for the books it'd be much appreciated. Leathercream#1971

I did this quest when it was new, and Dalaran was FULL of people, and there were several other people doing the quest at the same time. And I did it twice to help my sister get her pet.

Best advice: Keep running in circles. You'll eventually find them all.

I still have the book that ports me to the tower in Dalaran; even though I never use it. I used to use it to get away from the business of the city when Dal was active.

Unless they've changed something, the books work as follows:
Respawns on a 3-4 hour timer.
Once the book spawns, you have 5 minutes to read it, or it will despawn.
Once anyone reads the book, other players have 2 minutes to read the book before it despawns.


High pop server won't make much difference...

I left an alt in Dal that whenever had a moment, I'd pop to Dal and zip around to all the spawn points. I created a macro that put way points on all the books I had yet to read and I could just zip around and check them quickly.

It took maybe 10 days or so of a relatively concerted effort to get all the books.
