Why is my guild page/herald not loaded from armory?

Hi, i was just reading about it on some earlier posts here, but as far as i can see, my char, from whom i'm updating here have them both listed under "collected".
Is there a way to fix this?

Should you not have them? All pets are account bound, so if you have it on one toon, you have it on your whole account. You may not be able to summon, but you should have it in your journal.
