Hi everyone,

I plan on purchasing the sumprush rodent crate tonight probably around 8:00 pm PST. If there is still anyone who needs this pet, just whisper me and I will add you to my party. I have never done this before so I hope that is all that I have to do for you to get one. All that I ask is you let me get one rare first. Forgot to add - you will have to have access to Lion's landing. I will be playing on Icecrown alliance.

Just an FYI they continue to spawn for 20 mins getting multiple rares shouldn't be a problem. Just fight them to get a new one to spawn I believe there are always a certain number of them up. Good luck!

I've done this over the past weekend and the trick to kill them to spawn rares was removed. You have to defeat them to get a new spawn.

With that being said, they might have upped the timer to 40 mins because I was on an LFR queue and it felt like all I was doing were battling them.

But yea, good luck!

I wish I had seen this. My main is on Icecrown.

You should probably state, if you play EU, US or Oceanic...

The timer has been updated to 60 minutes I think.

Sorry everyone. I posted this on Monday but I just saw all the replies. I've already dropped the crate. I can confirm that it does last an hour now but you have to battle each one to get a new one to spawn. I'll be sure to give a longer notice if I get another.

Of the same quality as the killed one? I don't get why you can't just leave the fight and kill it with a spell.

They are flagged friendly and thus cannot be targeted and killed with player spells.
