The new pet looks very cool. Looks like blizz get $40 more dollars this month!

Name appears to actually be "Murkalot."

Where do you see that?

I speculate that Murkalot is the 'missing' Murkimus Tyrannicus.

Now that is just pure awesomeness. Murloc with a flail! Looks to be one heck of a Blizzcon this year, folks!

Have you looked at the new class being introduced in D3x?

Looks like you CANNOT sell him later as it adds to your battlenet account, am I right in thinking you will NOT be able to sell this guy?

Id hazard that the account bound murkalot is for those whom ordered the virtual ticket. Afaik the physical attendees to blizzcon recieves a swagbag with all the code cards in. And its usually those that ends getting sold online.

I noticed the Murloc had a "crusader/templar" look to it. An it turns out i was right! Just been confirmed that Murkalot is a tribute to the new diablo 3 expansion

World of Warcraft: Murkalot pet--an armored murloc paying tribute to the Crusader in the upcoming Diablo III expansion. Murkalot is the latest in a series of murlocs paying tribute to Blizzard games, like Murkablo and Deathy.

Murlocs from Blizzcon is a tradition, and one of he biggest new things this Blizzcon (that's been announced in advance... hello, WoW expansion?) is the expansion for Diablo 3 featuring a return of the paladin class from Diablo 2. So a murloc paladin makes sense.

It looks awsome, cant wait to get my hands on it.
