Is the rated match have start in the arena pass 2013 ?

The Arena Pass started June 25, and the first five weeks are considered the "practice" phase. I think we're currently in week five of that phase, so I don't think the rated phase has started yet. It may start next week or at the very latest the beginning of August.
I'm sure there will be an official announcement to alert us when the rated phase starts.

You can still get Murkimus while in the practice phase, right?

No, it has to be 50 rated matches. So you have to wait until they start the rated phase.

really so ive done my 50 games alredy for nothn?
also ive done them in same team but inviting all these different randoms does that hurt my total playd at all, like does it HAVE to be the same 2 partners or can i just invite randoms to my team?

I don't think you can invite people in the rated phase (or if you can, you get a penalty). But you don't have to fight with the same 2 people. As long as you have played 50 matches, you're ok to get the pet.

- The practice phase of Arena Pass has come to a close, and the Rated Phase has now begun! This means that your matches will now count for your standing (and bragging rights!) when the Arena Pass comes to a close.
US
Rated Phase Begins – July 30
Rated Phase Closes – August 27
EU
Rated Phase Begins – July 31
Rated Phase Closes – August 28
Now is the time to participate in 50 PVP matches with your 3s team. Any games played prior to July 30/31 will not count towards your total for Murkimus. Switching in and out from teams will rest your progress, so if you want to be on the safe side, stick with the same team for the duration of the rest of the event.
