Pet cage bug?

A couple of my TCG pets have turned into "pet cage" and I can learn them. It says Internal Error. I can't so anything with them! I tried re logging and nothing. I looked up the bug and found this. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/9164966454

Why have they not fixed this yet?!?!

I just lost real money I spent of these pets. I will not be caging any pets until this is fixed. I just caged some very expensive pets, (spectral tiger cub, SoA, Dragon Kite) I'm sooo glad this didn't happen to them, but it very well could of... :x

It is a known bug that happens randomly. When it happened to me, I submitted a ticket and Blizzard restored the pets quickly.
