Is this an account achieve? or individual toon? meaning if i do it on 10 alts on the day its up I get the achieve, or i get 1/10 on all ten toons?

Sorry I did not see this sooner. It is NOT account wide, you won't get credit for 10/10 doing it on 10 alts, you'll get 1/10 on each one.
