So 2 charcters through all 3 got me 1 pet, done Kara on a 3rd 0 pets.

Is this common or do i just have Terrible luck?

nope your not alone haha... I did them on 8 toons and got 1 menagerie 2 lil' bad wolfs and 2 fiendish imps and nothing of anything else though I am still yet to do chess event I was having trouble soloing but I have a new strat now from forums so I am going to try that... but yeah I didn't get anything from the ssc or tk runs

Terrible luck.

Update: done the eye & got a pocket reaver!

The "complain about drop rate on the net" strat does work!

6 kara run and nothing nada......

7 runs so far. Results:

1 Menagerie Custodian (first one to drop)
2 [pet]Lil' Bad Wolf[/pet] (put one up for sale on the AH)
1 Netherspace Abyssal (first run, I gave up on chess, then I read some strats and watched a video, second run, I got past it, but no pet, so went back with the first character... and the pet dropped)

Making my 8th run now.

Done Kara 6 times so far, but only pets I've got were 2 Netherspace Abyssals (from the last two runs even O.o). Done the other two 4 times -- just 2 tainted wavelings, 2 lesser voidcallers and one phoenix hawk.

Seems about the same as my experience with the classic raids pets in 5.1.

Here's my tally: (*edit* I should note, my first time through them all the only pet I got was the imp, so don't be discouraged!)

Serpent Shrine Cavern
Vashj - 2 kills, 1 pet
Morogrim - 3 kills, 1 pet
Hydross - 9 kills, 0 pets

Tempest Keep
Solarian - 4 kills, 1 pet (on the second kill)
Void Reaver - 2 kills, 1 pet
Al'ar - 4 Kills, 1 pet

Karazhan
Prince - 4 kills, 1 pet
Opera - 9 runs, 4x Lil' Red Riding Hood event, 3x pet
Illhoof - 9 kills, 2 pets
Curator - 9 kills, 0 pets

Thankfully other peeps seem to have had opposite luck, so I was able to trade my 2 spare Lil' Bad Wolfs for the Tainted Waveling and Menagerie Custodian.

I've done all pet bosses on 6 character. Out of those 6 runs of each place I've received:

2 Menagerie custodian
0 lil bad wolf (3 little red riding hood events)
1 imp
1 netherspace abyssal
1 waveling
1 coilfang stalker
0 tideskipper
0 phoenix hatchling
0 voidcaller
1 reaver
So no, I don't think you have terrible luck or anything. Although I've seen people get multiples with way fewer runs than I've done so I guess who knows. I'm used to having shit luck with pets so this is nothing new.

Took me 9 90's to get all of them. Only spares I saw drop were both from Kara, the Lil' Bad Wolf twice and the Fiendish Imp twice.

i must be doing something wrong to piss off the RNG so badly lol

The drop rates certainly do seem to be lower this time around... last batch i had almost all of them within a couple of weeks, this time I have two to show for running kara twice and the others once

I was able to get four of them with my first character. Need to try with more characters still.

Update2, 4 chr done, 7 pets got ( 8 if we count duplicates).

All 4 had the wiz of oz event.

I am slightly concerend that there appears to be multiple breeds for them.

I'm happy Lil Bad Wolf seems to have a pretty good drop rate. Considering you're subject to RNG as to which event you get in the first place, if it had a poor percentage on top of that it would be brutal.

I don't think they're any lower. After running through roughly the same number of characters I did the first week of the classic raid pets, I only need Tidewalker and Vashj (and she might be because I just can't solo her on every character) still. Unless my luck on those two continues to be horrible next week, I'll have it finished then which is how long the first achievement took me too.

After running through with eight characters, I'm still missing Curator's pet, and though I did manage to get my friend four of the other pets (I have all of them), I haven't gotten any thirds yet to sell.

If the drop rates aren't lower, then I really do have awful luck. Spares? Ha, not with this drop rate!

I ran Karazhan on 3 toons and a friend ran 5 of his through. We got ONE pet drop between both of us in the 8 runs.

I also ran TK and SSC. ZERO pets.

I honestly thought they forgot to put pets in the dungeons until I checked the AH and saw how many people were not in my shoes.

One complete run of all three raids on my only lv90.

Got nothing.

Whee.
