To get yourself a Red Cricket pet, all you have to do is become Exalted with Sho of the Tillers. Then she'll mail it to you (and put an orange tree on your farm).

To get exalted, you can give her Lovely Apples which you'll find randomly in Dark Soil all around the Heartland. She also gives out dailies every once-n-a-while and other quests depending on your friendship level (read: rep). You can also give her a stack of 5 Eternal Blossom Fish once a day for a big friendship/rep boost.

comfirm on sho but u cant learn it yet apperantly. says cant add that pet to account T.T. and i know it not on my list.

I managed to learn the pet. Problem being that it isn't in the journal and whenever I try the /use Red Cricket or /cast Red Cricket macros, I get the "You have no pet." error.
