Guisting Grimoire code never recceived

I pre ordered the Guisting Grimore and I have yet to receive my code for the pet under my collection list it shows that I have already collected him. Do I need a code once the patch goes live or will the pet automatically be there for me to have ready to battle with

please let me know what i need to do with this

Pet codes need to be redeemed in game - head to the following link for more info:

It cannot be redeemed until after patch 5.2 lands. If you've not received the code and they advised you previously that you would receive it prior to the patch landing, you need to contact them via the appropriate channels so they can get onto it asap.

AFAIK, you log into wowtcgloot.com, Go to your purchase history and there should be a Promotional Code.

Click the blue i to Redeem Now and that will take you to the Blizz site. You need to register your Promotional Code to get the in game code.

Fly down to Landro in Booty Bay and enter your in game code to redeem the pet in game.
