My dragon Kite is showing as common lvl 1, when it is actually a 25 rare. Anyone else with this issue? I'm sure the team is working on it already.

I wouldn't assume they are on it. Best thing to do is to submit a bug ticket to make sure they know about it. Even if they know about the problem, the more tickets they get, they may work on it faster. Their resources are limited.
