Sorry if this is answered somewhere, I have looked but cannot find the answers anywhere.
In Thousand needles I only need to collect the Twighlight Igauna and battle the master on top of the needle, but after swimming for hours I can't find a way to get to either?
I am only recently back to WOW and last time I was here there was no water!

PS: I am only lvl44 and obviously can't fly there:)

There should be a way you can find to follow a path up there. If not, get a friend with a two person flyer mount to just whisk you up there. If you do the quest chains in the area you will end up getting shown how to go places.

Swim a lot and walk up the two ramps. Dont know how to go to the master though.

To get to the bridges that lead to the master, you have to go through the area in front of Razorfen Downs. The bridges whould be in the back. You will have to fight some level-appropriate tauren to get to her, but they're not that hard (depending on your level).

If you don't want to have to fight through all the razorquills coming from the Southern Barrens, there should also be a ramp that leads up to the back of RFD (and the bridges).
