question about rare Pet

Hi my question is about pet like Winter's Little Helper, They are green but sometime i see at the AH a rare bleue one!? is it only a chance to get a bleue from Red Helper Box or you get those rare somewhere else!?

The Winter Veil pets are naturally uncommon (green), but you can upgrade them with a stone to make them rare (blue).

Pretty sure the Winter's Little Helper only comes in Uncommon out of the box, but people are probably using the Flawless Battle-Stones to upgrade and sell them.
