Does a prime sub for a twitch streamer count, or you need 2 new subs? Will this little guy also be available on the Blizzard store at some point? I would hate to miss out if I forgot or didn't do things just right. And how do we know for sure which streamers will offer the drop?

I don't think we have too many details about this yet, beyond the initial announcement, so I'm sure they will be sharing more soon.

As far as I know, only (2) gifted subscriptions will count (so I guess not Prime subs).
Unknown if it will also be available in the Blizzard Store in the future.
From the wording it sounds like all Twitch Affiliate WoW streamers will have the option to turn on drops. Whether or not they do it, that's unknown.
Hopefully additional info will come before the Twitch Drops event. Just make sure to link your Twitch account and Bnet account prior to it. I don't know if there's a "cooldown" period after linking or whatever, but better safe than sorry.
