Weather Add-on?

Is there any add-on that can tell you what the weather is in other zones (ie Stranglethorn, Tanaris, Stormpeaks) when you log on?

its completely random per zone and there is no way for you to know without being in that zone. no programming available to query.

Just a thought, but maybe you could try setting up a weather channel (heh) on your server for people to note important pet weather conditions? Kind of like the old Dalaran book channels in Wrath.
