What Pet Sings Alan Parsons song?

About 3 months ago, I am minding my own business in Boralus. And I read over the community chat
"XXX is singing I Don't Care What you Do, I Don't want to be like You". Whatever it was, it was singing it over and over.

I located the source of the singing, and it was a pet. I PMed the character and asked him if he knew that was an Alan Parsons song. He had no clue and said thanks for the info.

What pet is it??? I want that pet.

I am gonna guess it is a mechanical. My reasoning is that the actual Alan Parson's song is about a world where robots are equal to humans - and it is aptly named "I Don't Want To Be Like You". You can guess, but a mechanical singing that to his non-mechanical owner is awesomely smart.

MUCH THANKS IF YOU CAN HELP ME FIND THIS PET!!!

I haven't heard of a pet that sings like this, or sings that specific song.

If you saw an emote (noted in orange text in chat), it's possible it was someone emoting something. I believe there's an addon that does this for battle pets and hunter pets.

This is likely what you saw:
/e [insert action here]
Which would look something like this in chat:
Quintessence is typing a wall of text.
or
Quintessence 's pet, Sunny, is singing a sad song.
If you can describe what the pet looked like, we might be able to help you figure out what pet it is. But note that it might not actually sing anything, and that it could have been the player doing an emote instead.

Gottit!

It's this addon:
https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/c ... emote-chin

I found this text in the Lua
"sings, \"I don't care What you do, I wouldn't want to be like you.\"",

WOW. Thank you very much for that. I never thought it would be an addon. I am going to get it.
Appreciate the responses from the community. Apparently the player had no clue what song it was from, he just downloaded the addon.
