Hello everyone. I used to use the mod Pet Quality Notifier. When I entered a battle, it would tell me the quality of each opposing pet and if they were an upgrade. The author has not updated the mod since 5.1 came out, and it no longer says if the pet is an upgrade, making me check my journal with each rare found. Can anyone suggest another simple mod that I can use?

Try uninstalling and re-installing the quality notifier. I use it, and it does still show the upgrade notice for me..but I installed it after 5.1.

Just remove it. Blizzard added this feature to the base ui in 5.1 which is why the author hasn't done anything with the addon. Having it installed is most likely overriding the default ui so it's not showing quality

BattlePetCount will put an asterisk next to the pet if its an upgrade.

Thanks for the mod info! It will be a huge help to know at a glance if a pet is already owned or an upgrade.

I had the same problem and found an easy fix. Just set any pet to favorite and the mod will be back to the way it was before 5.1, no longer have everything say Not Owned

ArkInventory will write text to your chat if it's an upgrade.
