lvl 400 any thoughts

I am prestige 153 after legion, to get to 400 for the pets currently seems like mission improbable, as they nerfed the old WQs and i barely have time to pvp, i am starting to think this is a pet/pets i will not get, unless they add future equivalents of the towers/brawls from legion i have no idea how to do this.

I had been doing the towers on every alt trying to farm up honor (we're still talking 2+ years lol) but now unfortunately the tower quests have been nerfed from 300 honor to 30 and the wpvp quests from 500 to 50.
It seems the only way to level now is a lot of (actual lol) PVP. I'd do it as horde though, alliance might sap your very soul.
