Pet master

Could anyone tell me where the pet master kinda like one in dalaran would be in new area?
Do you mean like the vendors in the Dalaran pet shop, who sell pets? Or pet trainers that you battle?
As far as vendors go, there IS one in a pet shop in Boralus, at around 69 31 but he is only one of many pet vendors scattered around the zones in BfA. I assume the horde city has an equivalent. Pet battle masters are also spread around the world to battle for WQ's. I haven't found one in Boralus yet.
