Does anyone know if a 111 can accept this quest or can it only be shared to a 120?

I was able to accept on my 110 alt.

A guildmate was able to share it with my alt, so it should still work.

I believe the minimum character level to accept the quest is 110.

Saw it on day 3 or so after launch on normalmode as 120 alliance EU WM off, when I did my dungeon quests after questing through the zones. Haven't had WQ unlocked at the time, I left all war effort stuff for later. Saw it on first run, on the floor, quest giver, thought it was normal so didn't think anymore about it. I think all in group picked up the quest.

Happy I've been able to help so many of you! I have had to start taking people off my friends list to make room, so if I added you to give the quest and then removed you, please don't be offended!

I'll have the quest forever, so if anyone needs, I'm still on [redacted]. This is US-Alliance only; I don't have it on my horde toon.
