Something has been bugging me for quite some time, and I haven't a clue how to address it.

GOAL - Send lines of text from the "General" tab to a text file or Excel file. The lines of interest look like this:

Wild Pet 1: Some Wild Pet
Wild Pet 2: Some Other Wild Pet
Wild Pet 3: Another Wild Pet

I believe they are generated by an add-on called PetTracker. Regardless, I want to collect statistics on pet quality and group makeups without manually taking note of each pet I encounter. Is this sort of thing possible?

Isn't there an option somewhere to save your chat log? That should be able to help you...

Addons like Chatter or Prat will help you copy text from that log you see ingame.
