Shamelessly stealing this from Wowhead:

This pet has been confirmed to drop from silithid rares.

Xaarshej can be found by Hive'Zora to the northwest. Can drop [pet]Silithid Mini-Tank[/pet] and usual rare spawn resources like Curious Coin and Order Resources
Ssinkrix can be found by Hive'Regal to the southeast. Can drop [pet]Silithid Mini-Tank[/pet] and usual rare spawn resources like Curious Coin and Order Resources
Qroshekx can be found by Hive'Ashi to the north. Can drop [pet]Silithid Mini-Tank[/pet] and usual rare spawn resources like Curious Coin and Order Resources

Coordinates:
/way Silithus:Kalimdor 54.8 79.4 Ssinkrix
/way Silithus:Kalimdor 58.4 12.5 Qroshekx
/way Silithus:Kalimdor 29.4 34.8 Xaarshej

The bugs only drop loot the first time (per day) you kill them, so kill all three, on as many toons you have killed Argus on.

And now the big question: Does anyone have any idea of the drop rate?

And i am afraid it once / week.
I kill them yesterday when server get up and got pet
come this afternoon and no loot , nothing....
change toon and got the pet again

I'm also thinking it might be a weekly lockout for each rare. There is also an Ogre-mage in the SouthWest corner (by the Outhouse quest), not sure if he can drop the pet as well.

That will be Ogmot the Mad..

Don't think he drops anything pet-related; AFAIK, there are only two new pets in v7.3.5: [pet]Silithid Mini-Tank[/pet] and [pet]Mailemental[/pet]..

Is there something one has to do to unlock this new Silithus phasing? I went down there yesterday and it looked like Cata-era Silithus with no new stuff.

Ok Seems to be fixed as i went there today and i can loot those "rare"
they must hot fix it....

You must kill Argus the Unmaker in ABT (LFR is enough) and then start the questline.

I killed each rare yesterday on my druid with no pet luck. I went back today and the first one I went to, Ssinkrix, and it not only dropped other loot it also dropped the pet for me on my druid.

It MUST be daily.. I looted all three wednesday and then again today, and got the pet..
