Biggest Pet?

Graphically I mean..

A friend asked me what's the biggest battle pet size-wise, without a biscuit, and I .. didn't know the answer! I'm a gnome so quite a few of the pets are the same size as me already with the biscuit.

The tallest one -I think- is the Giraffe Calf, but he's kinda skinny.

I thought of the Kun-lai Runt and the Singing Sunflower.. but surely there's newer, bigger pets now? I was hoping someone could help me out!

Not sure, but maybe the Giant Sewer Rat or Trashy?

Giraffe calf would be the one I remember most. Looking at my collection other suggestions would be:

Baby Winston
Dragon Kite
Ethereal Soul Trader - biggest?
Lil Ragnaros

I believe Ethereal Soul Trader and Dragon Kite are the "biggest" (Dragon Kite definitely takes up the most space, though it's all above your head).

Newer pets seem to be trending down in size overall... at least the RWL ones seem a lot tinier than they ought to be. Boneshard is disappointingly small to me.

Depends if you count non-combat pets; guild herald and page are full sized humans and orcs. For combat pets, Shardhorn and the Clefthooves aren't the tallest but they are pretty long. Leviathan Hatchling is also quite a bit larger than the other hydras. I believe the Giraffe Calf mentioned above is the tallest combat pet.

Definitely agree about pet sizes. Many are just too small to be worth summoning as you can hardly see them unless zoomed in. Some of these make no sense at all; no idea why a dead wind serpent (Bone Serpent) is half the size of a live one (Son of Sethe). Also pretty disappointed with the demonic eye type ones; why are they so tiny compared to other similar pets like Darkmoon and Arcane eyes?

I think Anubisath Idol is one of the larger ones- just a bit taller than Soul Trader.

Unstoned, the Soul Trader is human height (or up to shoulder level on a NE). Anub Idol is quite a lot shorter, like a gnome (up to waist height on a NE).

Wait, stoning changes the height?

Guess that's why mine's short.

Stone doesn't affect size but pet biscuits on the other hand does

Oh, OK- was curious since you said "unstoned" in your description of heights.

I realized I was comparing heights in battle, not out- in battle, Anubisath and Trader are right about the same height to my eye, but Anub is slightly smaller and Trader is a lot larger out of battle.

Ah sorry, that was my bad... I meant pet biscuit. I have them all in my bags with my stones and other pet consumables so they're like the same thing to me now. :(
