Now that 7.1.5 is arriving in a couple of days does anyone know where Schematic: Rechargeable Reaves Battery comes from? I'm tired of 250g a day for a one shot battery that produces pocket lint lol.

Of course I'd take a Blingtron first but I'll get it when it comes.

Those of you with a Knockoff Blingtron you might want to sell it while the price is still over 100k...when the rechargable battery is available they'll soon drop to 500g levels like the previous Blingtrons.

Only a 100K, I would have snagged it. The only one I've seen on the AH was on Zul'jin for 850K with a 950K buyout.

Found out that any 800 engineer will get a quest to create the battery; so there should be a whole ton of Blingtron-6000's out there soon enough. I know I'll pop mine every chance I get.

390K on Illidan server was the cheapest one I have seen.

You actually get the battery way before 800. My Eng alt is only 694 and he got the quest to make the battery right on talking to the legion eng quest giver. The plans to make the bling mode for Reaves are only usable at 800 though. Battery takes a slot in inventory. Wish they would of made it a toy instead.

It seems every item that has practical usage is made an item (ie this battery, jaina's necklace etc) and items that are purely fun are toys. Some exceptions of course like the kite toy.

I wish they were all toys too then my alts would get to use them too.

Even if they did change it to a toy, your alts would only be able to use it if they are Engineers and prob at level 800, just like Anglers Fishing Raft is only usable by char with Fishing 525 and Revered with Anglers, or Darkshard Fragment which needs Revered with Highmountain...

The reason you can get the rechargeable battery before the Bling 6K is so you can use any of the Reeves modules without making a single use battery.

If you are under 800 in Engineering (I am 785), you can buy the book "Forgotten Schematics of the Broken Isles" from Hobart Grapplehammer that "Re-learns" the Legion plans. This includes the Blingtron 6000!.

I wonder if that was a glitch....I tried it on an engineer & I just get that is it already known & have to sell the book back. Maybe you did something I didn't.....
