No Pet Battle vendor in Legion?

In WoD we had vendors who sold items in exchange for Pet Charms. I haven't been able to find any vendor like that on the Broken Isles or in Dalaran. Aren't there any pet battle vendors in this expansion? Do i have to get back to my garrison in Draenor to buy things for my Pet Charms?

The Menagerie NPC's are now also located in Breanni's pet shop in new Dalaran. They sell all the same things as the versions actually in your garrison.

The newest pet charm vendor is Draemus in Dalaran's pet shop. He has 6 pets available. The other vendors from your garrison days are also hanging out in the shop as well.
