Legion rares are not from solves, but from a bi-monthly quest for level 110. So if you're a mount/toy/pet collector, put this on your to-do rotation list.

Do they all start at the archy trainer in Dal and are there any reqs to unlock different ones?

From the video guide I watched and the one quest I have done, it starts in Dalaran.
