Once you hit lv 110 you open up world quest and these have some pet battles which award 5-20 Charms. You can buy all but 1 of the new pets and also there is the toy I think you need 1250 Charms just for these two items. Just not sure what the value of the new pets price will be with the decrease of Charms you can acquire in a timely manner.

I can get them and trade them to you if you'd like, we can work out a fair trade.
