I saw this in Azsuna, it says click to start pet battle and I was thinking hurray, I can fight them and fix the whelpling. But no, they just keep sitting there trying to eat him. Why bliz

It's a World Quest. Once you reach max level you'll be able to save the little owl from the bullies

oh good! I was seriously so sad when I found him. Now I have a reason to hit 110!
