Where do they go? (Greyed out pets)

I know this topic must have come up before but I'm not having luck with the search.

Is there a fix *we* can do when pets are greyed out? Some of my promotion pets are greyed out (Murkidan, Graves, Baneling, Treasure Goblin, Mr. Chilly, etc)

I've opened a ticket, but 24 hour response time, and I'm trying to do the weekly pvp quest, sigh. Is there anything I can do on my end to get them working? TIA

This is a known bug. There's a blue post on the wow forums about it:

Try their fixes, if that doesn't help, go on to the battle.net web and do a live chat to get them to 'nudge' your account.

I believe most are resolved through an email address update in account management. You don't have to CHANGE the email address, just update it (delete and re-enter).
