I was wondering if there was any addon that when you went to the AH it would filter the list of pets for sale to only show pets you don't have, or even show higher quality pets too. Any feed back on this would be greatly appreciated.

PetMarket provides an interface to buy unowned pets from the auction house.
Not sure about the linking rules, so no link, but google should handle it.

If you tick the "Usable Items" checkbox at the top of the AH UI, you will see only pets you haven't learned in the AH.

This was introduced quite recently (6.2) and it's very handy.

I just realized the other day! I knew it'd been there a while but didn't realize it. It's lovely!

I'm so happy I read this. For the longest time I had given up on the "Usable Items" check box and I no longer even bothered to try it out. Thanks for the info!

I'm sure most people intuitively thought this is how it should work and have tried it at some stage, only to see that it didn't work as expected.

I'm tempted to call this a bugfix and not enhanced functionality.

I've known about this for a certain while but if I recall properly, it was also Gráinne who has told about this (EU forums).
