New Archon pet with Deluxe SC2 expansion

StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void the deluxe edition. It will have a pet for WoW that resembles an Archon from SC2.

Not a huge fan of paying for games I don't really play, just to have the pet. This one will cost $60 just to have a pet for WoW.

My wish is that Blizzard would add the pets to the pets section of WoW Shop and charge the price of the upgrade. In this case the normal game is $40, so they could just charge $20 for the pet. Save me a few bucks on games that collect virtual dust. I have paid for all deluxe versions of Diablo and don't even currently have it installed.

*edit for expected release. SC2 expansion Sometime in Winter 2015 or early 2016.

I bought SC2HotS-CE for the pet, and haven't played it since then..
Wondering if I should do the same with SC2LotV... But the price is insane for a pet.. Maybe wait for a 50% offer?

I own one already and sent in a ticket to see if I could get it as well (since right now you aren't able to buy the bundle if you own 1/2 collectors editions). The GM said they are working on making it possible, so if you own the Baneling but need Mini Thor wait a week or two and you can also buy this bundle. Which would be awesome.

I've also put in a ticket, as I have the CE for Heart of the Swarm and I can confirm that it does NOT let you purchase the Digital Deluxe Collection if you already have 1/2 of the previous CE's.

Doing the same myself. I've given up hope for ever getting any of the other CE pets (only ones I have are the three most recent.... Reaper of Souls, Warlords of Draenor, and Heart of the Swarm) so anything to put a dent in the ones that I don't have is welcome.

I'm afraid that this is correct. If you have any previous copy of StarCraft 2 on your account you won't be able to purchase the bundle set. You'll only be able to get the Digital Deluxe version of Legacy of the Void.

This is being looked into though due to the high demand that this bundle has produced. If you would like to see this be available to those that did not get the previous digital deluxe versions then I would recommend posting in the SC2 general forums <http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/44099/>

On https://eu.battle.net/shop/en/product/starcraft-ii-complete-collection there is a bundle of SC2 and both expansions, all CEs for 99Euro..
If I own, some of the games in STANDARD edition, a discount will be calculated.

However, as my account should show, I have SC2-normal and SC2HotS-CE, making me unable to order this bundle.
Is there ANY way to get this bundle (with a discount ofc) with my account details in mind?
If not, is there any way to upgrade my SC2-normal to SC2-CE (Thor pet is awesome), and what is the price for that, and can it spawn a discount for SC2LotV-CE?

I understand you were having some trouble with a StarCraft II Bundle purchase. Let’s see if I can help!

I've looked into this, and this is indeed a current limitation of that bundle. Basically, if you have *any* SC2 license on your Battle.net account, it will prevent you from purchasing the standard editon of the bundle. Similarly, if you have *any* SC2 Collector's/Deluxe license on your Battle.net account, it will prevent you from purchasing the Deluxe version of the bundle. We don't currently have a way around that ... but we working with the StarCraft development team to see if there are any solutions we can come up with. In the meantime, I'd recommend waiting a few weeks and keeping your eye on the website to see what sort of updates we come up with for those customers who are in the same situatione. Hopefully we get a solid solution in place quickly!

Another situation where one is left wondering if blizz thinks anything thru before implementing it.
How could they not think that pet collectors would want mini Thor pet?
Jesus look on eBay it sells for hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
To get him in a bundle with a new pet and the baneling for 99 bucks the demand will be high.
Niw some of us already collected baneling.
Did they think or know that these same people might want the mini Thor.
With all the crap they have gotten for WoD and how badly thought out it has been to do this again is just amazing.
Look how hey had to flip on flying, look how they admitted removing valor was a mistake.
Yet the keep rolling along making bad or short sighted decisions.
They need to fire someone for this or higher someone that looks at the long term consequences of thier choices.
For such a big company to continue to do this is a joke.

I am terribly sorry to hear that your account is not eligible to purchase this complete collection for the latest release of the Starcraft franchise! While looking over the details and restrictions, it seems like this purchase is simply not possible; it appears that there are technical limitations preventing me from getting parts of this package onto your Battle.net account without purchasing them as a whole.

If you were still looking for a way to get this pet onto your account, you could always hunt down an original, unused collector's edition key for Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty and attach it to your battle.net account to unlock all of the related rewards!

Wings of Liberty deluxe is £250+ on ebay...so sorry blizzard I chose not to accept your answer.... wish I had not purchased heart of the swarm deluxe now =(

You can have the beta removed. I ran into the same issue and spoke to a CSR on Live Chat who removed the beta. I was able to purchase the Collection just fine afterwards. The purchase gave me my beta access back as well.

Thankfully I saw your comment under the front page post. I also had a beta invite that was causing an error and preventing me from purchasing the collection. So I followed your advice and contacted a customer service rep on live chat and asked them to remove it - they said they would forward the request to the appropriate department and check back on the account in a few hours. Within 6 hrs the beta was removed and I was able to buy the collection!

My guess is that since beta access is also tied to the purchase of any LotV, the system is recognizing the beta and counting it as already owning the product. My beta access has been sitting there for a while, I remember getting the email but don't remember opting in to SC betas. :p

I'm fairly certain I'll end up playing through the campaign at least. Several friends have suggested doing so just to experience the story. The cinematics alone have made me curious about the story line anyway.

Good, the Customer Service guys can fix the glitch that keeps some folks from buying the Complete Deluxe Digital Edition cause they're already in the Beta or something.

Problem for lot of us others is that you cannot buy this, cannot give Blizz a hundred bucks, if you ever bought anything ever in the way of Starcraft games. My situation, blew 20 dollars to check out Wings of Liberty last year. NOT a CE or DDE, just the basic with no extra goodies. And this means I can't buy the DDE package. Which, I admit, I would do just for the WoW pets, loved Starcraft back in its non-online games, just can't get into the MMORPG version.

No one can figure out what Blizz was thinking when they put this restriction on the Complete DDE, it's not like they don't care about making a little extra money off it.

I have the HotS DD, but the WoL standard edition. I asked spoke to two GMs. I asked 1. help me purchase the bundle. 2. delete my HotS DD license (didn't mind losing progress, etc) so that I could buy the bundle (they could not). 3. if I could put a bundle on a 2nd bnet account and then merge the account into my own (you cannot - each bnet account can only have 1 SC account). Nothing worked.

If you're experiencing a bug with the beta preventing your purchase, I think you can petition and get that fixed.
If you have all the standard editions, you can purchase the DD bundle at a discount. (You may have to buy the standard new SC to get that to work - I haven't tested it personally, but others have posted about it.)
Problem arises when ya have 1 of the CEs in the bundle.
$99 for mini thor + a new game + new pet is a great deal imo - I would not mind "paying" for HotS DD again.

Imo, give them feedback on official forums or in tickets/suggestions so they know there's a demand for it.

I have asked a GM to downgrade my HotS from CE to Normal or remove it completely; On,y possible the first 3 days after being added..

I only have the regular edition of both WoL and HotS, and I can't buy the complete collection digital deluxe either. I don't think it's just a CE problem.
