Thunder Serp and Raiding

Hey guys,
I am looking to join a guild that has the Thundering Serpent, but also raids a good bit. I am looking for a East Coast non PvP server, and dont really care about faction.
I do plan on move'in a few of my 90's over, but i dont want to spend that kind of money, until im able to get an idea about the server and guild. Plus im wanting to level another toon anyways lol.
