Where can I find a tiny blue carp?

I tried the areas on wowhead. In those areas I've gotten red carps no blues.

I think Vale of Eternal Blossoms is where I caught my [pet]Tiny Blue Carp[/pet], but check out
El's archived page on catching the Tiny Carp. There are a couple of other places where the blue one can be fished up.

The most recent tiny blue carp I fished up was in the pool above Guo-lai Halls in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, that was after the destruction of the vale. I think they can drop from the pond on Timeless Isle too.

I fished both my Red and Blue carps up in the lake beside Seeker Zusshi. Didn't take very long for either of them. I was a little surprised, to be honest.

After several hours on timeless isle I got my blue carp.
