Since I have started reading this site including lurking months earlier the Anubiseth Idol has been #1 ranked pet here at Warcraft Pets.

Today there was a change.

Congrats to the Unborn Val'kyr, the new #1 rated pet.

Suprises me that the valkyr is still that popular, after the massive nerf to it.

But I think anub is one of the most nerfed pets ingame.

I think the Idol deserves it's rating but it's just such a slow killer. And I like to get things done snappy. That's why I use whelks on the Pandaria Tamers and not my Idol. But Whelks do wear down quicker than the Idol and not as versatile and thus not ranked #1 like the Idol.

Im not contesting the idol, but the valkyr. I dont think that surge is sustainable with its nerf. Im sure it will decline again.
